COVID-19 Lateral Flow Testing

Submitting Results To School

It is important that the test results are submitted to both the school, and the Government.

To submit a test result for a Lateral Flow Test provided by school, please follow the relevant instructions below.
Your result will be submitted to the school testing team.


Staff

Click on the link below to complete the Google Form and provide your result to school.

Students

Parents/Carers need to complete the form received via ParentMail in order to submit the test result to the school.
This can be done either on the ParentMail app by clicking the menu in the top left and clicking onto the "Forms" section, or by signing in to your ParentMail account on the website here: https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk

Please remember to also submit the test result to the Government on the web page below.
